By booking an appointment with RE:FORM Hair & Culture, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Appointments
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Please ensure you select the correct service when booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Changes made within 3 hours of your appointment are considered a late cancellation.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the booked service being charged.
The missed appointment and outstanding balance will be recorded on your client account.
Any outstanding balance must be paid before or at your next appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible via text message on 07834457627
Depending on availability, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
Prices
All service prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Right to Refuse Service
RE:FORM Hair & Culture reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments where necessary, including repeated breaches of these Terms & Conditions or inappropriate behaviour towards our team.
Acceptance
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
